Product return policy

New goods are subject to exchange and return at the Nova Poshta branch during the inspection or after 14 days from the moment of purchase, provided there are no signs of wear.

If you picked up the product from the Nova Poshta branch, received it from a courier or paid for the product online: send us a message on Instagram or on the website for support.

The funds paid for the goods will be returned to you within 3-10 banking days, depending on the selected payment method:

for goods paid online – the refund period is up to 5 working days, from the moment the return arrives at the warehouse or is refused at the branch

for goods paid for at the Nova Poshta branch – funds are returned within 10 working days of the return arrival at the warehouse

Necessarily! Make a return to the address specified in the message. To speed up the refund period, inform the manager of the declaration number.

Importantly! Returned items must not be damaged or worn. All original labels and tags must be retained. It is possible to refuse the product at the time of inspection when paying for the order by cash on delivery.

Product exchange takes place after returning the product to the online store.
